Hi Gudiyas,

Plume Spice began as a simple idea after I retired — a place to gather the meals, memories, and small reflections that shaped our family life. I wanted you to have something you could always return to: the tastes of your childhood, the books and music we enjoyed, the films and shows we watched, and the quiet moments woven into everyday life.

This space isn’t only about recipes. Some entries are about food — sweet, savory, spicy, bitter, salty — each one carrying a story. Others are about life itself: slow mornings, late-night snacks, baking bread, learning patience, or finding meaning in a song or a scene.

Many of these meals were shared around our table — with conversation, laughter, and the gentle rhythm of family.

Some pages may feel familiar. Others may surprise you. But all of them carry a piece of me, a piece of Mamma, and a piece of you.
